Recently I’ve finished watching both Utena series and the movie. At first I was like “THE FUCK BRO!??!?!” and then I read some explanations and now I’m “ZOMFG THAT’S ONE MOTHERFUCKER ANIME!!!!!!!!!”.
So now I’m watching Mawaru Penguindrum episode 15. It has so much similarities with Utena!!!! Momoka and Yuri seriously remind me of Utena and Touga (from the movie) and somewhat of Utena and Anthy (how Anthy was saved by Utena when she want to jump of the building, though I don’t really understand that part much).
Next thing I should do I searching up some explanations about MawaPen. I want to understand so many things. There’s too much symbolism I don’t understand that I’d like to.
Off to being amazed.
